I have worked with Mario and Mitch on a few projects before and have always been happy with the product price and service. But this last time I needed to rush a mirror, have them remake it at no fault of theirs, and they even installed it the Friday before Christmas at 5PM! It doesn’t get any more accommodating than that! I don’t think I have another vendor who would have done that for me.

Every step of the process was professional and easy. I chose an oil rubbed bronze framed unit with a swing door to compliment a white subway tiled bathroom…. I LOVE IT!
The rest of the story: I contacted R & C Glass armed with an Idea and a Pinterest picture. I wanted a custom built, framed, walk-in enclosure over a bathtub. The request was unique as most people these days want a frameless unit. I contacted MANY companies. Some never called me back and others argued that my design Idea was ridiculous and old fashioned. Nevertheless, I persisted… I found Mitch at R & C glass via the Yellow Pages. Using my picture, Mitch was able to find an enclosure solution that matched my inspiration without breaking my budget. He was prompt in sending me a quote and was persistent with follow up. Once final measurements were obtained it took about a week for the custom order to be manufactured and installed.
